Clients and staff are the key to our success.
It's hard to believe it has been two years, yet here we are celebrating Back on Track Veterinary Hospital and Rehabilitation Center’s second anniversary! We love the relationships we have established with our patients and clients as we have grown, and we're excited about the future.
When we started Back on Track Veterinary care two years ago, our goal was to provide the best possible care with up to date treatment options for all our patients. Whether we are providing traditional veterinary services, grooming, rehabilitation or acupuncture services, our first goal is always to provide compassionate patient and client care.
We are grateful to our clients who have shown their appreciation for our approach to veterinary care by recommending us to friends and family. As a result, we have expanded our treatment protocols, hired additional staff, and brought Dr. Borgmeyer on board to ensure we are able to continue providing excellent care for our growing patient list. Thank you for sharing your confidence in our comprehensive, low-stress treatment as you trust us with the care of your pets.
Keeping our focus on compassionate care, our list of services will continue to grow and develop, with chiropractic care coming soon. We will explore new treatment options, improve efficiency, and maintain our commitment to keep our core principles in mind as we go forward. We strive to make each visit result in care that provides happy, healthy patients, treated in a calm, low-stress environment.
We tremendously value input about how we are doing. Our Customer Comments form and social media presence allows you share your thoughts on how we're doing and what we can do to improve service.
As we celebrate this anniversary and plan for the future, we will continue to focus on individual care and treatment plans as we work with clients to develop the correct wellness protocol for each pet. Our approach is truly tailored to each patient, addressing the individual pet and owner's lifestyle and needs for a long and healthy life.
