Pawtoberfest Costume Contest

Submit a photo of your pet in costume for a chance to win a gift bag worth $70.

We will select and award one prize each for the best cat and best dog costume photo. There are two ways to enter:

• Post on our social media pages, Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter. Be sure to include your pet's name and the hashtag #backontrackcvet.
• Email the photo to backontrack@backontrackvet.com. Be sure to include  your name, your pet's name, and your phone number.

The deadline for entries is 12 midnight on October 31st, 2017. Winners will be announced on November 1st.

By entering, you give Back on Track Veterinary Hospital & Rehabilitation Center permission to use your photo for marketing purposes.
